About Fleischer’s Hotel

In the middle of mighty western mountains, in the center of Voss, Fleischer's Hotel is beautifully situated between Vangsvatnet and the Voss Station transport hub. The location makes it easy to get to us from east and west. Voss is a hub, where you have a short distance to the Hardangerfjord, the Sognefjord and the Nærøyfjord.

Fleischer's is a modern hotel, which is rich in tradition. The hotel was completed in 1889, built in the then popular Swiss style. It quickly became sought after among wealthy tourists, largely due to the style of construction. It is a distinctive hotel, known for its venerable atmosphere, grand dining room and welcoming hospitality.

Today, Fleischer's Hotel has 110 rooms with a total of 210 beds, 30 motels and course facilities with capacity for 240 participants. Wellness department with swimming pool, children's pool, jacuzzi and sauna, fitness room and outdoor tennis court. We offer a served dinner and buffet in Restaurant Magdalene, à la carte in Seckman, refreshments in Fredrik's piano bar and a lovely view from our summer-open Terrace.

Voss has a lot to offer, summer and winter. In winter, you will find two alpine centers not far away, and the ski bus to both Voss Resort and Myrkdalen Ski Center stops just outside the hotel. In addition, there are many fine trails for cross-country skiing in the immediate area. In the summer season, Voss has an eldorado of activities both in rivers, in the air and in the mountains. And a trip in Norway's first wind tunnel can be tried all year round. Voss also offers a number of festivals and cultural events.
