Do you want to try a different kind of dinner? At Smalahovetunet they make and serve something that has been made at Voss for decades - sheep head. The "Smalahove" is a smoked head of lamb, and is being served as shown in pictures, often with a glass of aquavit. In addition, they offer a tour in the factory.
